The Idea
A taco bar built for the table.
Every taco order comes three to a plate on corn tortillas. Topped with green salsa aioli, radish, cilantro, and two kinds of cabbage — then it goes wider with fajitas, burritos, birria ramen, and margaritas for the whole table.
